Artigiano con esperienza da chef, oggi ricercatore del gusto.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0Ogni ricetta nasce da una combinazione precisa di ingredienti, testata e perfezionata come una formula<\/span>\u00a0matematica<\/span>. Il mio lavoro \u00e8 quotidiano, rigoroso e creativo: creare prodotti buoni, sicuri e accessibili a tutti. Sono curioso e mi documento costantemente, osservo, assaggio e analizzo. Sono severo con me stesso e non mi accontento finch\u00e9 non trovo la soluzione perfetta. Seguo con attenzione ogni fase del processo, fino al packaging, consapevole dell’importanza che ogni dettaglio riveste nella qualit\u00e0 finale del prodotto.
